Are you an ambitious salesperson who thrives at building relationships and gets excited about the opportunity to bring in new business?

Kwikly is looking for a personable, confident, and customer service-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The primary focus in this role is to grow our pipeline of qualified potential new clients and determine the viability of new markets for our expansion.

You’ll prospect new clients and acquire new contacts through your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

This exciting opportunity allows you to hone your prospecting skills and bring in the best dental offices in existing and new markets thus setting up our Sales team for success.

We’re looking for a part-time or full-time position and are open to a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Planning

    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to develop targeted telesales and campaigns within their territories.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Maintain knowledge of the Kwikly services and process and the dental staffing industry.

Prospecting

    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
    • Present and promote services using prepared messaging to prospective customers.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
    • Develop new business via telephone to introduce the Kwikly service within the target market.

Reporting

    • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
    • Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
    • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Required experience
  • 0-3 year’s telemarketing experience and/or inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships and client service
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships. Hubspot is highly preferred.
  • Ability to engage with prospects in virtual environments in a personable, engaging manner that represents Kwikly and conveys our values and standards
  • Strong web, mobile, and desktop skills – we use HubSpot, Google Docs, and various web-based tools such as Slack

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Science or related field
  • Experience in a related healthcare field, or other direct-service industry
