Can I use Kwikly? Kwikly currently is a platform for Dental Offices, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants.
How do I get paid? Kwikly calculates your clocked hours and pays you via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
How do I keep track of the hours I work? You will be able to track your hours right through the Kwikly app. Simply clock in and out from your smartphone, and we do the rest!
What is your paid time off policy? For every 30 hours you work you will earn 1 hour of paid time off (PTO). You may earn up to 40 hours in a calendar year. Up to 40 hours of paid time off may be carried into the next year.
How does the travel card work? Eligible employees will be given a company cash card that will help offset gas and food expense while temping.
What type of health/dental insurance do you offer? We use a flexible PPO plan that provides a great balance between coverage and monthly premiums. You'll also get a better price on doctor visits and some services (for example, trips to the ER).

How do I connect with professionals for any temporary needs? Employers can make temp requests when they log in to their accounts. Everything else is done online as well including reviewing timecards, payments, and reviews.

Is Kwikly secure? Absolutely, we take the highest standard precautions to protect your personal information. Kwikly partners with a reputable 3rd party payment processor that is certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry.
How do I pay my professionals? Once you approve your professionals electronic time card, our system will automatically charge your preferred payment option on file. Voila!

1. Types of Information Collected
a. Personal Information. We ask for Personal Information in order to assist you in enlarging your network and connecting you or your office with users who others who are seeking to provide or purchase services. Visitors to the Site may sign up to receive electronic communications from us where we ask for certain Personal Information. If you communicate with us by e-mail or complete online forms, we may require Personal Information that personally identifies you. Parkore may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of having someone contact you for additional information, or in response to your request for information from us.
b. Information from Children. Parkore does not knowingly solicit or collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If Parkore discovers any user that any account holder is not 18 years or older, Parkore reserves the right to cancel such user's membership. If you are the parent of a child and have discovered that your child has subscribed to the App and Parkore's services, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to delete the information that has been submitted by a child.
c. Cookies. Parkore may collect information about you whenever you visit this Site or use the App. For instance, we may collect various forms of information such as entry and exit points for the Site (i.e., referring URLs or domain names), site traffic statistics, operating system and browser type (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the App and Site. In addition, when you request pages on the Site or use the App, our servers may log your IP address. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer or mobile device whenever you are surfing the Web. Parkore may store some information on your computer or mobile device in the form of a "cookie" or similar file to help us maintain and improve the App and the Site in many ways.
A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card, recording such things as Internet addresses, passwords, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. With most internet browsers, you can erase "cookies" from your computer hard drive, block all "cookies," or receive a warning before a "cookie" is stored. The "Help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Please refer to your browser instructions to learn more about these functions. Enabling cookies allows you to take full advantage of all of the features of the App or Site and we recommend that you leave them turned on. If you elect to block the cookies, we will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience on the App or Site.
d.Device and Location Information. In order to provide personalized and effective services, we may collect information regarding the computer or mobile device that you use to access Parkore's services, including but not limited to, the manufacturer, model, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and other information. The App may also collect and display information regarding your geographic location.
2. Use of Collected Information
We collect and store your Personal Information using commercially reasonable procedures designed to protect the information we collect. Parkore may use Personal Information to send you information about our products, services, or promotional material from time to time, or to contact you when necessary. We use your Personal Information to customize and tailor your experience on the App and Site and to display content that we think might interest you according to your preferences. If you choose to subscribe to Parkore's services, we will use your Personal Information to provide a more tailored experience. In order to keep our customers informed about our services, we may send e-mail notices to you.
3. Sharing of Personal Information
Parkore will not sell, rent, share, monitor, edit, or disclose any Personal Information about you, including its contents or your use of the App and Site, without your prior consent. Parkore may share your Personal Information for the limited purposes noted below:
a. Third-Parties. Parkore may share Personal Information with other companies and individuals to perform functions such as data storage, processing subscription services, sending e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, technical support, and providing customer service. Such companies shall only use your Personal Information for those purposes required to perform their functions.
b. Business Transfers. In the event of a sale of Parkore or some or all of its assets, Personal Information may be one of the transferred business assets. In such an event, the use of Personal Information remains subject to the obligations made in any pre-existing Policy.
c. Legal Obligations. Parkore may share your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) protect and defend the rights or property of Parkore; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) protect the interests of other users of the App or Site or any other person; (iv) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of the Site or equipment; (v) to provide information to relevant authorities in the case of a health or safety emergency; or (vi) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority. Specifically, and without limitation, you should be aware that the law may require Parkore to disclose information and/or take action in the event of reported or suspected crime or safety situation.
d. Disclosure to Other Users. If you utilize the App and accept or invite third-parties to connect, you acknowledge that you are aware that any information you post or share to your profile can be read and collected by other users of the App. Parkore is not responsible for any third-party's use of the information you choose to submit and share as part of the App or your user profile.
e. Use in Marketing Material. If you use the App or Site and create a profile, Parkore may use your name, image, and other profile information as part of Parkore's marketing or advertising material, including but not limited to, digital or internet advertisements, social media, printed marketing materials, or similar marketing or promotional material.
4. Opting Out of Providing Personal Information
You may choose not to provide Parkore with any Personal Information to access the Site. In such an event, you can still access and use this Site. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us, you may select the appropriate "opt-out" option each time we ask you for Personal Information. However, provision of Personal Information is necessary to use the App and to use certain portions of the Site. If your Personal Information changes (such as address or telephone), we endeavor to provide a way to correct or update your personal data.
You hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Parkore, its current and former affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, predecessors, directors, officers, members, attorneys, or agents, from any and all losses, damages, costs, actions, suits, complaints, or injuries to you, whether known or unknown, liquidated or unliquidated, absolute or contingent, that are directly or indirectly related to, caused by, or arise out of a data security breach. In addition, you agree to at all times hold harmless, indemnify, defend, and forever release and discharge Parkore from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or causes of action threatened or asserted against Parkore or that could be asserted against Parkore arising out of or resulting from a data security breach, or any commenced or threatened action by a third party against Parkore arising out of or relating to a data security breach.
6. How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
If you have provided your Personal Information and your Personal Information changes (such as your address or telephone) or you want to delete your account, you can access and update any Personal Information that you provided to us or delete your account by visiting your account profile page through the App and making the desired changes. If you have forgotten your password, once you have tried to register and failed, you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link to reach a page on which you can submit your email address. You may also send us an email at email@example.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. Parkore uses this procedure to better safeguard your information. To protect your privacy and security, Parkore may also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
7. Other Limits to Your Privacy
The Site and App may contain links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. We have no control over these other web sites and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any Personal Information on these web sites. The privacy of communication over the internet cannot be guaranteed, because the internet is not a secure medium. Parkore does not assume any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage you may experience or incur by the sending of personal or confidential information over the internet by or to Parkore or to other users or individuals that you meet through the Site or App.
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site or in the App. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Changes, updates, and modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Use (available at www.joinkwikly.com and this Policy will continue to govern your use of the Site and App even if you elect not to receive notice of such changes. We recommend that you review the Policy from time to time to remain informed of our data collection policies.

WHO WE ARE
We're a technology company that connects hourly workers with businesses in the medical/dental industries. Kwikly uses technology to connect businesses with pre-qualified, ready-to-work professionals to work on-demand, hourly-based, daily shifts. Kwikly's platforms feature automation of workforce management and staffing functions. The hourly workers, who we call "Professionals" use our mobile app to decide when and where they want to work. Professionals can view, claim, and work a variety of shifts.
USERS AND SUBSCRIPTION
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS Interaction between users: You are solely responsible for all interactions with other users. Businesses, Professionals, and all users agree to make their own decisions regarding persons they employ, and work (shifts), job positions, assignments they claim. Users represent, understand and expressly agree that Kwikly does not have any liability for or control over any user's authenticity, integrity, abilities or responsibility online or onsite in the workplace. Additionally, all users expressly agree not to hold Kwikly or its officers, directors, agents, investors, and employees liable for any damage, suits, claims, disputes or controversies whatsoever arising from any relationship developed on or in connection with the Services.
BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICY In an effort to better serve our clients and simplify the billing experience, Kwikly offers a streamlined program for all Paid Services. By authorizing enrollment, Client enrolls in Kwikly's billing program, agrees to these Terms and Conditions for Payments and authorizes Kwikly to: (a) initiate recurring automated clearing house (ACH) debit entries or (b) charge a specific credit card account. The amount of any such payments will be the total invoice amount billed to Client directly for services provided, plus all applicable credit card transaction fees. Client also authorizes Kwikly to credit a specific credit card account in the appropriate amount for any refunds or other billing adjustments. All payments will be automatically withdrawn from the specified checking account or charged to the designated credit card one business day following the completion of time submitted by our professional unless Client disputes clocked hours and therefore authorization.
SHIFT CANCELLATIONS A $25 fee for any shift canceled with an assigned professional. You can cancel free of charge if no professionals are assigned. There is a four (4) hour minimum charge for any same day cancelation with a scheduled provider.
RELIANCE ON CONTENT ON THE SERVICE You agree that Kwikly is not responsible for your reliance on any information or content made available through the Services, other than that provided directly by Kwikly, and the authors of such information and content are solely responsible for such content. Kwikly does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Services or adopt, enforce or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any statement made by any third party or user that appears on the Services. You agree that Kwikly will under no circumstances be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or content on the Services.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE Kwikly reserves the right to evaluate, improve, amend, or temporarily or permanently discontinue the Services or any content or information thereon with or without providing notification to users. You agree that Kwikly and its officers, directors, agents, investors, and employees are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Services.
DISCLAIMERS You agree that Kwikly and its officers, directors, agents, investors, and employees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content or information posted on the Services or in connection with the Services and no user should rely on any information therein or the continuation of the Services. THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION AND ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. KWIKLY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, INVESTORS, AND EMPLOYEES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, ADVERTISERS, PROMOTERS, OR DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS WILL IN NO WAY AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. SHOULD YOU BECOME DISSATISFIED OR HARMED BY THE SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE SECTION "TERM." We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Services. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user communications, nor are we responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions whatsoever including, but not limited to, malfunctions of computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.
NON-SOLICITATION Other than connecting with users for the purpose of receiving or providing a temporary job position or project, users are prohibited from using the Services for the purpose of recruiting for another website or soliciting, advertising to, or contacting other users for employment, contracting, or any other purpose for a business not affiliated with Kwikly without the express written consent of Kwikly. As previously noted, we reserve the right to terminate your account or use of the Services in our sole discretion at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. We further reserve the right to take appropriate legal action including, without limitation, civil or criminal actions, and requesting injunctive relief.
