Tell us a bit about your practice.
“Our staff includes two front desk, two hygienists, one assistant, and Doctor Ozturk. Cityscape really started with two other doctors, a father and son, going back to the 50s.”
In your opinion, what is the most important factor that contributes to practice success?
“The four biggest factors to a practice’s success would be compassion, kindness, a fun environment, and accountability.”
We talk about work-life balance a lot at Kwikly. What are you passionate about outside of work?
“My outside work-life balance includes amateur astronomy and writing and singing music.”
Are there any skills as a performing musician that translate to your work in dentistry?

“Yes, being on stage and singing has enabled me to open up and share my feelings with people. So creating that same environment with the dental practice, helps me understand and helps me communicate in creative and effective ways.”
